This is the old name of the Crimean resort of Sanatornoe. According to Peter Pallas, who explored these places in the 18th century, it was then called Pshatka. This toponym looks like a clear Zan toponym with the root "psha" (ფშა), which in Georgian means "source of water". Meanwhile "tka" (ტყა) means "forest" in the Megrelian dictionary of Kobalia.
But why is the village today called "Sanatornoe"? Precisely because there are sources of mineral water here:
"The main natural healing factor ... is sulfate hydrocarbonic calcium-sodium-magnesium water ...".
