This toponym is included in the list of possible kartvelisms on the world map for two reasons. First of all, it is the Kartvelian toponymic prefix "na-", meaning "former", and second, it is the root "var-", which is similar to the root of the neighboring Varduli tribe with the root "vard-". And if the hypothesis is correct, then "Navarre" is interpreted as "former place of the Vards". The specificity of the Spanish pronunciation of the letter "d" quite allows the transformation of [rd] into [rr].
