SALOBIO

An amazing village in Valle di Non in the Italian Alps inexplicably, it would seem, bears the Georgian name of Salobio.

Amazing, because that is the name of the famous Georgian dish made from beans. Literally, "salobio" is translated as "where the beans are". In Georgia, there are a number of villages with similar names - Sataple, Saniore, Saboloke, Sabue, Satskhene, where the roots are, respectively, honey, garlic, beetroot, owl and horse.
