SACILE

In the Italian province of Friuli-Venezia Giulia there is a small town of Sacile [sachile], in which the prefix and suffix indicate the possible Kartvelian nature of the construction. The root, in this case, is "chili". The word in the Kartvelian dictionary of Chubinashvili means "marsh grass cattail". The town of Sacile, as its historians say, was indeed built on marshy soil.
