OILASKO

The word "oilasko" is the Basque word for "chicken". At the same time, "oilo" is "hen". The Megrelians easily recognize the suffix "-sko", which means "child", "son" (skua, skili, skii). Thus, "oilasco" means "hen's child". At the same time, the Basques do not have "sko" as a separate word.
