The root "lob", found in Spain (Lobetani) and associated with "lub", is also present in Ptolemy's Britain near Bristol. The name "Lobuni" contains also a Kartvelian "-uni" suffix. Its area is very close to the city of Leicester, where the Corieltavi tribe lived in ancient times.
