ΆΡΓΑΛΈΟΣ

In the Greek dictionary, the word "argaleos" means "difficult", "unpleasant", "burdensome", "painful".

The word begins with the Georgian negative prefix "ar". So, to put the puzzle together, we must find a Georgian root "gal" meaning "easy", "pleasant", "joyful" or similar. Any word with a positive connotation will do.
The Georgian dictionary does have such a root "gal" - "ღალ" ("ღალა", "ღალი", "ღალიანი"). The meanings range from "abundance" and "milk yield" to "high-quality", "expensive", "luxurious", "abundant". More than positive connotations and quite opposite in meaning to "unpleasant" or "burdensome". The puzzle is completed. Greek words are borrowed from Kartvelian languages.
