SUDUR

In Basque, "nose" is "sudur". While "suda" in Georgian means "phlegm" (Chanturia), which is mucus, secreted precisely from the nose.

And "suduri" is a typical Georgian "-uri"-adjective derived from "suda". The literal translation of the "Basque" word "sudur", thus, is "snotty" (organ). That is, nose. The Basques have only removed the signature Georgian ending of the nominative case "-i".
