SILURO

In Spanish "catfish" is "siluro", a clear Georgian adjective "siluri" formed from the noun "sila" (แƒกแƒ˜แƒšแƒ, "sand"). Altogether "siluri" would mean "sandy". How much catfish gravitate to sand, let the fishermen tell.

We also remember another similar word - the ancient tribe of the "Siluri" in Britain. We also derived it from the Georgian language, but from another noun - "sili" - that is, "cough". The adjective would be "siluri" too.
