SAOREJAS

The name of the small village of Saorejas in the Spanish Tajo Alto National Park may be a combination of the Kartvelian toponymic prefix "Sa-" and the Indo-European root "oreja" ("ear" in Spanish). The village is located in the area where, according to Ptolemy, the Lobetani tribe lived (that is, where the Kartvelian toponym "Lobeti" was located). Unification of Kartvelian and non-Kartvelian morphemes within one word happens once in a while.
