SAGORGO

A Kartvelian toponymic construction "Sagorgo", translated as "land of the gorgi", was once part of the Italian city of Turin. At least in 1942, a certain Angelo Cerutti was drafted into the war in the United States, whose birthplace is given as "Sagorgo Torino". In Georgian (Chanturia) the word "gorgi" (ღორღი) means "crushed rock".
