Settlements with this name exist in both Iberias. In Spain it is Lentegí (pronounced [lentehi]) in the province of Granada, and in Georgian, it is Lentehi in Racha. It's hard to say if semantically they are the same. We only know for sure that "lenteja" [lenteha] in Spanish is "lentil".
But even if there is no connection to the Georgian town, it's still a great catch for "tegi" in "Lentegi" is a Basque fundamental morpheme (meaning "place") and serves as another proof of Basque presence in Southern Spain.
