HABERE/HAVE

One cannot pass by the word "habaki" (ხაბაკი), which means "possessions", that is, "property". This is the same root as in the "Indo-European" verbs "habere"/"have". If you do not find the root "hab" in Georgian dictionaries, it is possible you can find it in Spanish dictionaries that preserved the ancient Iberian roots. In particular, in Cuba they use the word "jaba" for "beggar's bag", and the Georgian word "habaki", thus means what the bag contains, that is, "possessions", "property".
