The tribe, erroneously known in history as "Liv'", is actually called "Liub'" in the Primary Chronicle. It is this tribe that is responsible for the whole bunch of "lub" and "liub" roots in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Poland, Germany and the Baltics. Livonia is their country too.
