SADGORI

On the outskirts of the Ukrainian city of Chernivtsi there is a village called "Sadgori". In Georgian, "sadguri" means "farmstead".

But also there is a twist. As we know, the Kartvelian toponymic "Sa-" prefix is the former adverb "sad" meaning "where". The Ukrainian toponym may be the case where the adverb is still in tact, not shortened to "sa-". In this case that would be "place of gori", which is "pig place".
