"Jigarhaniani" is an adjective from "jigarhani", that is, from "jigari hani" (ჯიგარი ხანი) - "magnificent time", literally from Georgian. Or "magnificent century", for fans of Turkish TV series. The construction is not unique. In English there is a surname Goodtimes, and in Russian - Dobrochasov. Both are impeccable cognates of the Georgian "jigarhaniani".
